Designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, Las Vegas City Hall sits in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. It features photovoltaic "trees" that not only provide energy to the building, but also shade to shield against the hot desert sun. The building also features LED panels on the front of it that simulate a waterfall at night. This particular side of the building emulates the landscape of Las Vegas, Nevada.
